Tell us a bit about yourself. Well of course, I love fashion. I also love singing, dancing, acting, writing poetry, and being unique. I love standing out in the crowd. I love to be involved and make a difference. I want to prove that with hard work and dedication, any dream can become reality.
What are your proudest accomplishments so far? Actually getting accepted to FIDM. It has always been my dream to go to California and now I get that opportunity, as well as getting the chance to go the the best fashion school in the US.
What made FIDM right for you? The school focuses on the student's success. They open a lot of doors for their students and I want to be a part of that. For me to reach my goals, I feel that FIDM is the perfect school to go to.
Describe your entrance project. I took five photos of models wearing various clothes and I redesigned them to look better and found a way to make them more appealing to a younger audience.
What are your career goals? I aspire to be a Grammy Award winning fashion designer. I want to be a recording artist and I want to have my own clothing line.
What do you expect to learn at FIDM? How to make clothes, how to sketch, how to sew, how to run a business, and how to manage my money. With my major, I get fashion design, business, and marketing all in one, which will set me on the right path to make my dreams come true.
