Colleen Quen to be Featured in PBS Documentary

WWD reports that FIDM Grad Colleen Quen is one of two San Francisco-based designers who learned the ancient art of garment making in China's southwest Guizhou Province for a documentary to be broadcast next year on PBS. Quen is a local fashion celebrity in San Francisco--she throws incredible art and fashion parties in her loft and even custom-designed a room in Hotel Diva. --Kim
