Alum_monique_lhullier_001

Fashion Week Daily reports that FIDM Grad Monique Lhuillier is well on her way to adding a fragrance line to the luxury lifestyle brand we told you about in October. "The highly acclaimed designer, who launched bridal in 1996, followed by ready-to-wear and evening gowns in 2002, was in the City of Lights last week, not for the couture shows—though she did manage to squeeze in John Galliano’s masterpiece for Dior Monday—but rather to meet with unspecified fragrance executives Tuesday morning. “It’s not a done deal for sure,” said Lhuillier at Versailles at the Dior after-party," the online magazine reveals. --Kim
