FIDM Students @ the Viktor & Rolf for H&M Launch
FIDM students, exclusively, worked backstage at the Victor & Rolf for H&M Launch Party, dressing models for the gorgeous runway show and helping to make sure the grand event went off without a hitch. The guest list was a who's who of style makers and trendsetters including Chloe Sevigny, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Kanye West, and Carmen Electra.

"Following a staged receiving line, where guests
got their photos taken with the designers and Raquel Zimmermann,
H&M staged a runway show of the Dutch duo’s collection like a
wedding, with a nine piece orchestra (playing both Beethoven and
Beyoncé), a four-tier wedding cake, an ocean of champagne, bowers of
white flowers, and a white silk pleated tent with giant chandeliers,
and for once the clothes actually stood out more than the celebrities."
